Lisa Collins before acupuncture
Before I became an acupuncturist, I was a Chartered Minerals and Waste Surveyor, working in the waste industry. I thoroughly enjoyed my career and the experience of working on projects and with people throughout the UK, but after 20 years I realised that the pressure of travelling and the long hours were starting to take their toll upon my health and energy. It was through having treatment myself that I learnt what a wonderful form of health care acupuncture is and I decided to delve deeper to find out more about it. This led me to deciding to train as an acupuncturist myself and I've never looked back!
